Nah that was G5 getting him tired out and nothing to do with haki .
Oda use G5 tired luffy out 3 fucking times on egghead and then he eat and was able to use haki and everything else again.
The worst part is the first time luffy use G5 he was more tired out vs kaido and he will him self back into it but we had the you going to died if you over use your power line so it was fine .
