Loda had to make sure people need to find out the identity of that random who kicked silver axe in the same chapter where Xebec gets defeated. Yet you will find Oda angels defending this kind of shit writing.

My point is very simple.

Luffy and Zoro got training during TS - got haki basics mastered


Luffy learnt Fs while fighting Kata. It became a training session for Luffy


Wano - both zoro and Luffy went through training ----> Haki upgrades followed

Prior training or learning is key here.

So, it's clear Xebec already had this CoC skill. One can argue that DR made it stronger if not nerfed, but he had to have this CoC skill to spam against the likes of Roger and Garp.

Arguing that a buff from IMU (well we don't even know it buffs haki) will make people jump in haki upgrades is wild

I just think DR made rocks don't care how much haki he was using .
His job was to wreck the place and then died.
Using ACoC haki like crazy would do that .
Oda love you have to be careful how you use haki or DF shit.
DR rocks is buff from Imu going all without any care .

I don't understand what your point is... Zoro went from no CoC to ACoC immediately lol, that's far less believable than Xebec going from ACoC to another level of ACoC.

Xebec clearly had some difficulty with Garling and Co since he started the fight fresh and left the fight bloody. Against fodders, people aren't using all their abilities so it's different. Why would Xebec not use this ACoC ability against Garling when we already know he's using ACoC to hurt him in the first place, makes no sense.

This was the argument people were making about the spoilers that said that Gaban told Luffy that there is a new haki ability that could beat the Holy knights

remember that? It’s the exact same argument “why can’t Luffy just develop a brand new CoC level to beat the immortality, Zoro also just randomly developed AdvCoC with no training”

This chapter once again proves that the claims of the characters are really lies. Garp says he wanted to capture Roger and Rocks at the same time. This guy can't even defeat Rocks alone. Kizaru made the same claim.

The attack didn’t even leave scuff marks on Zoro. As in it was like King didn’t do anything. Zoro didn’t even move.

thats ridiculous right? The explosion was the size of the entire Onigashima mountain and Zoro wasn’t even blown back by it. He was in the exact same spot that he was exploded on. Nothing literally happened to the man as he stood in the middle of a mountain sized explosion

Compare that to Zoro blocking the combo Yonko attack on the rooftop

Not saying he is redeemed completely but if the line Lance wrote is correct, it means Domi reversed Xebec couldn't actually overpower him and that he is the one who crashed that mountain. And Oda this chapter had to make an off panel clash between domi reversed Xebec and Roger with Garp to do the same to the other side of the mountain, so I'd say it painted him in better light powerwise compared to the previous chapter

WB won in the end.
