Both Doflamingo and Katakuri have fire attacks as well. And both of their powers have nothing to do with fire

Mihawk has greater swordplay, but unfortunately he can’t bypass Shanks’s Haki Susano (Shanks canonically has greater CoC than Rocks) @Monster Zoro's Tesla Supplier @EmperorKinyagi

It's gonna be a sad day when Shanks fans find out Mihawk has better haki than Shanks in every category
