Idk the way it was framed I don't feel this was caused by Roger and Xebec sword crossing considering Roger got casually sent flying (where skysplitting clashes are usually between characters that are portrayed as relative). Imo the vibe is much closer to this scene than scenes like Luffy vs Kaido, Kaido vs BM or Roger vs WB :
