This chapter confirmed Xebec was capable to pull a skysplit all on his own which is pretty much a Joyboy feat. No Yonko managed to pull this kind of feat yet. So no, this is not a W, it's a massive L lol.

I'm not saying GV Roger doesn't have 'no-touching' haki so he can't sky-split, I'm saying he doesn't have no-touching haki when his prime self has it to the highest degree we've seen, meaning GV Roger is significantly weaker than his prime self. Anyone arguing GV Roger was anywhere near his prime is absolutely coping.
I never said Xebec can't sky-split without DR. Of course he can — his clash with Harald is pretty much hyped as at least equivalent to a sky-split anyways. He didn't sky-split with anyone on GV because none of these guys were strong enough yet.
