You can’t post any examples of this being a visual indicator when no-touch Haki wasn’t being used lmfao
The only characters to use this type of Haki on panel were Hyogoro, Sentomaru, Rayleigh, Roger, Garp, and Rooftop Luffy. All characters who were explicitly using no-touch Haki as part of the actual plot and not just a weird visual thing

Polo gives his son to WB, trusting him.
Roger as I said numerous time in the years, decided to give his son to Garp instead, because he trusts Garp more, he has a stronger rivalry with him, so he on purpose decided to give Ace to Garp instead of WB.
People in the years for some crazy mental illness never got garp and Roger relationship as a rival was stronger, while they thought for some reason that Roger and WB were the true super rivals and that Garp was like a one sided rivalry from him lol.
