The fact it was ambiguous prevent it from being a true Shankusu feat. His COC burst against Aramaki did not split the sky, and I don't think he was holding back.

Based on what we have seen in this chapter i concluded somethings, we can discuss if they are right :

1/ Garp and Roger were seen as equal through out the flash backs and that includes Rocks.

2/ It seems that Domi reversi boosts to near two times the strength of the character if he turned into demon, it's like :

Dr'ed Xebec facing two base Xebecs .

3/ What differentiated between YC and Top Tiers were the sky splitting happening in a clash between them ( Top Tier vs Top Tier ) but wha differentiate between Top Tier and Imu / Joyboy Tier was solo skyplitting.

4/ There's no mental nerf when getting Domi reversed since the character is forced to use his ALL under the control of Imu until the end.

I disagree on first point that it included Rocks.
DR or not, Rocks > Roger and Garp.

What indicates that regular Rocks ~ Roger?

So, people only max out their Haki once they stop fighting people stronger than them.

Roger and Garp must have gotten a massive Haki Bloom from fighting Domi Rocks.

This is why characters like Katakuri/King are destined to get stronger, even though they're already nearing middle-aged-status: because they stopped fighting top tiers for years, and now are finally getting pushed by the New Era.

Garp and Roger were problematic, because they kept fighting each other and making each other than much stronger post-God-Valley.
