1. Roger out of nowhere cares for Rocks as well?

I'm pretty sure the future Roger flashback will flesh out Xebec and their relation, same as this one fleshed out Kaido and co.

Garp cared too, and it looks like the three of them had a backstory. Roger offered Garp to join him... If they had been successful in turning Xebec back, he would have offered him too I'm sure.

Roger's flashback will be one of the last and one of the longest I think.

Garp tells us it's because he is also using coc coating in defense. (IF WE DO NOT OVERCOME THAT) the damage won't go through.

Its not the df power that has to be surpassed it's The coc coating defense as was said way back in dressrosa... if pica haki is superior to zoro than zoro would nit have been able to defeat him.

Someone is going to try to kill the exhausted Garp and Roger next chapter, HK most likely, but Rayleigh and Gaban will save the day.

Also it's not conclusive that Xebeck is 100% down this chapter. Maybe Garling in pettiness in his earlier defeat will land the final blow and finish 1% Xebec.
