People here tend to confuse details and coherent lines for an impactful drawing, hence why they think that OP has bad drawings. But in reality the first 2 to 5 seconds are what differentiate an impactful drawing from a line mess. This one, for ex, lacks constrast and readibility

Logically, you should be reading this one much more easily. And that what people miss with One Piece. They think Oda has bad drawings because the lines are thicker, more cartoonish, less precise, less details.. when in reality Oda masters the contrasts more than anyone in the manga industry. Which means that visually.. One Piece is flowing when others stories are stalling the audience.
