Though BM lvl is next to impossible given Greenbull already has feats that surpass hers. I mean more the gap between Kaidou and BM in feats, than, literally BM lvl feats.

It's not necessarily that you need COC to be a leader or whatever though. It's really just about people naturally gravitating to you. I don't think Akainu is really like that, he's more like a one man machine, the terminator etc. Think about like Doffy vs Jack, they can both lead groups, but Doffy will have his subordinates calling him the young master, glazing the shit out of him etc
