Really disappointing chapter! Seems to be no pay-off for this big event that's been hyped up for thr last 6 years. Same issues as Wano, over promised and under delivered. It's clear Oda's lost all semblance for caring atm, and is going through the process for the sake of it. This is what happens when you bloat your story. It's all well and good when you're young, but it catches up to you when your older.

In the end this series was never a one mans work. He needs a lot of editors to tie up and come up with stuff like earlier. But he is trying to do just his things now.
