I’ve always said that Noland and Kalgara specifically feel like two characters that Oda could very easily retcon to be monsters

Fisher Tiger is another one. It would feel weird given his death but Oda could scratch that up to sheer surprise from being ambushed or something stupid

I agree.

Noland and Kalgara have that certain aura about them of being casually OP. And I like the idea of more pre-TS monsters like prime Oars.

I think at this point FT has to be Yonko Commander level at least, anything less would be a bit too little.
