We've seen the previous user of Kidd's fruit now too which I love but we still don't know who had Law's fruit before? But given the immortality surgery or w/e, it must have been a truly important moment in the story and world history ofc?

As much as it would "ruin" the story writing, I hope if Law does use the surgery as expected for whatever reason he does (maybe on Luffy himself or to counter Imu potentially or he's forced to by someone) that he doesn't die or if he dies, he gets brought back like how Gaara was killed and resurrected too.
I'm still sore over Ace and I don't wanna lose Law too, if Kidd or Law actually get killed off, I'd legit drop the series for good without hesitation. It was scary enough seeing him take on Blackbeard and how badly that fight went, Bepo making the most miraculously save at the end thanks to Chopper's help massively and indirectly in that amazing moment but losing the Polar Tang, that was fucking brutal.
Fuck man, Oda was really salivating when he said "I hope nobody dies in the final saga and ultimate race for the one piece/throne war tee hee" or whatever he said too.
