This is so crazy, I wonder how Oda felt before deciding to draw this chapter. Usually he leaves us with more questions than answers. now it seems like a full on revealing chapter.

Maybe Oda's wife locked in and that's why he's feeling so generous suddenly? It is extremely odd for Oda to do this but he did say he wanted to tell the real story in this final saga and draw all of the mysteries, he's finally keeping his world after how much of a huge letdown Egghead was.
