Anyway I agree that pirates had massive amounts of plot armor at Marineford, Akainu was doing nonsensical shit like hitting heart attack Whitebeard with a puny magma fist instead of just hitting him with like, Daifunka
Kizaru shoots Ace’s key instead of just shooting Luffy clean through the head
This is because Oda can’t have pirates face serious Admirals because they will die, so he has the Admirals massively restrain themselves so that the manga doesn’t end.
To even compare this to Lolden’s retarded ass twerking through the streets of Wano is absurd. Even a 3 year old would have never been baited into doing something so stupid by people who were obviously lying (Orochi and Kaido).
Oda restrained the Admirals himself so he didn’t have to end the manga early, this isn’t the same as Lolden being the dumbest person in the history of OP

Blud could've taken his family n left and joined the WBPs. So yea they would naturally hold him in high regard for his sacrifice. He's not the only one who's held in high regard, the other Daimyous are as well for their sacrifice.
