Which didn´t KO or Kill him? He went on to destroy half of MF after against Garp and Sengoku, so it clearly didn´t affect him seriously. How is Shanks and his large fleet doing any better at the Edd war?

Episode 0 was canon, Shiki still have his plan and looking for a comback per canon.

PK lvl can't just randomly die or killed by any average fighter unnoticed around the world.

Did Oda knows by making him a canon character, there's more plot hole and unresolved mystery about him.

Yea that's cause Wano was such a failure people dropped out, mentally too even if they were still sticking around. But most would agree Egghead and Elbaf have been stronger than the couple arcs prior.
