That is my point there not so many strong people that around that he could give the mark to or things would be out of wack .
I doubt HK got ACoC haki because those level of people hard to come by maybe the elders and shamrock at most .
People acting because gaban beat a HK they low tier when amount of people that even got ACoC that need just to hurt them super low .
I don't think there jobbers but even if people think they are they beating 99.99% of the OP world .
Without the hax i still expect them to be around YC level which is a much larger group of differnt power levels.

There’s also the fact that Sakazuki does parallel Blackbeard. Both represent 2 sides of the same coin one just being a pirate and the other a marine
If we’re under the assumption that Blackbeard falls before Imu and Imu is Luffy’s final fight for better or worse Sakazuki could be the Cracker or kizaru equivalent before Imu

He says “why can’t countries be free to decide for themselves”
he’s saying there are countries that are not free to decide to trade with him
by definition he is talking about WG countries, right? Those are the only countries that the WG can tell who to not trade with
so again why does he need to get involved with WG countries?
