thats still dumb, he could trade with poor non-gov-affiliated countries and help people who really need help. He was not suited to be a king thats all. He just thought that the WG is good and pirates bad. Dragon is the only one who really has a brain in this world.

He was a good king in certain aspect like stopping the civil wars in elbaf .
Getting help from out side world to help with the famine and making it so villages inside elbaf become closer.
Problem with harald is he was greedy he wanted more than just non gov affiliated countries he want the whole world to look at them differnt.
He care way to much about how the world view the giants and though the WG was short cut to chnage that and he was right but did not know the cost .
It's not like the other 200 plus nations that part of the WG get order to become there second marines lol

Rocks and Gaban would have no issues beating most of the YC we see in series with a few hits .
