Just to add the following:
Everything Post-Timeskip, every character, adventure, flashback has been nothing but Grade A BS
Kaido one of the best comical characters, says he will kill someone the guy can't kill Fuck All. Kinemon should've died 10 times, Wano in a nutshell was a comedy of characters saying BS and not proving they do shit.
The only thing that's saving Post Timeskip is Doffy, a villain that felt like one whilst everyone else needs to go to rehab for crap villains with Loda.
