Honestly, I'm already tired of this flashback. One Piece after the timeskip has become Flashback Piece. Every arc has about 20 chapters of flashbacks. Flashback of Doffy, flashback of Law and Corazon, flashback of Big Mom, gigantic flashback of Oden, gigantic flashback of Wano, gigantic flashback of Kuma. That last one was the best flashback in the series, but it's already too long, I hope it ends in the next chapter.

A sniper that uses abnormal bullets. A hammer that can move on its own and likely return to him sounds like the perfect close range weapon that can be used perfectly in long range combat.

The hammer you mean? Ragnir has not mentioned to be ancient tech AFAIK but I wouldn't be surprised if it were too.

Given what happened on Egghead especially and Elbaph has a giant robot head there too, Lilith and a potential Stella clone are there too, it could get revealed as ancient weapon tech.

Vegapunk was the one adding DFs to objects (which Franky saw the blueprints of but nothing came of that yet), so this may all tie together somehow?
