The only thing that make me believe Loki eats the fruit, is that Harald thought it was the only way to kill him, and we know he's dead. But for now...

Other people will get to shine i expect loki will be awesome when he fully free .
Still no one will out shine luffy even more so as we get closer to end of the manga.
Plus did BB or garp not get to shine just last arc .
