I legitimately think Hajrudin has way way way way more chances of getting Ragnir than Bumsopp.
Ragnir and the DF were Elfab's greatest treasures. The df went to one of the princes. So it seems only logical that the other prince inherit the second treasure.
Hajrudin already has an attack named after one of Odin's weapons in Gungnir. And his punches were described as thunder strikes
And then there's the fact that Loki himself mocked Hajrudin and said he can't even lift Ragnir. That's a clear set up/chekhov's gun waiting to be fired.
Rather than bumsopp lifting this gigantic hammer that even dwarves normal giants, it makes way more sense for Hajrudin to lift it in a pinch and use it to be on par with/close enough to his brother. To become the other half of Loki in protecting elfab. Like Dorry and Broggy, Jarul and Jorul etc.

And he doesn't need to rely on anything in close combat because that's not his thing. Like Sanji said in Enies Lobby, Usopp should focus on the things he's good at and the other SHs will always be there to take care of what he can't do.
