And no Xebec cannot " physically " compete with Harald. Yes these people are superhuman but Harald/Loki just built different.

If Xebec cannot match Harald physically, he can always make it up with his swordsmanship. So again, Harald > Xebec in physical power. Xebec > Harald in weapon mastery and Xebec = Harald in Haki.

That's what I see about those two.
