Loki is just a minor character. Every time an EB Straw hat visits an island connected to their character they leave with a PU from it. Whether that’s Nami stealing Lightning from a witch who controls the weather and abuses children, Sanji gaining the Raid Suit from his childhood home, or Zoro getting a legendary sword from his ancestral home.

Idk why suddenly it’s far fetched when it’s Usopp getting an upgrade of one of his most iconic weapons in an island that’s been connected to his character arc since Little Garden.

Can Ragnir only be wielded by whoever eats Elbaph's devil fruit? Hence why Xebec wanted Harald to eat it cause it's a hammer made for Giants so he gets a devil fruit + a mighty weapon that can call forth calamities like thunder when he strikes with the hammer

Imo Ragnir is a DF Hammer (a hammer that ate a DF). The DF spirit inhabiting it is trickster-ish and a bit confrontational. It needs to be tamed in some way. Probably haki lol

I could see that bring the case, Oda doing some major magiscience synergy here. Oda has had DF users channeling their powers through their weapons before and Ragnir would be ideal for that too.
Loki made lightning hit the tree somehow after all.

Enma can steal haki somehow and cursed swords were magical originally until Oda shut it down with Kouzaburou too. But he also said no magic is in one piece ages ago in relation to Hawkins powers and here are are now lol.

I thought devil fruits would be ancient kingdom technology too but maybe they're really just magical too or magiscience?

I think we're gonna get some real answrs in that this arc including due to the giant robot head there s you mentioned, Lilith, a potential clone of Stella etc. If that robot forged Ragnir as you suggested, that would be amazing too.
In before Ragnir has ancient haki stored in it too lmao.

Some people think Raijin island might be in its perpetual lightning storm state due to Ragnir somehow. I wonder if Shanks faced Loki there? It's interesting Oda sent Urouge there too and the SHs were meant to go there originally.

I feel like ragnir is a Homie created by Mother Carmel in exchange for allowing her to live on Elbaf. And it can pick and choose who’s allowed to wield it.

Mother Carmel already had her Prometheus equivalent in Pandora, Ragnir may have been her Zeus equivalent

How Loki killed Harald if Harald is immortal?

There are two possibilities
1. It is possible that when Harald is knocked unconscious, Imu's connection with him will be cut off and Harald can be killed at that moment
2. The Elbaf fruit has the ability to cancel Imu's ability.
