Yeah I think for the Gorosei specifically it’ll be confirmed that you need incredibly strong CoC to do serious damage to them
And it does feel like Oda went out of his way to confirm that none of the Holy Knights they defeated had CoC for a reason

Not really, at the end of the day there is still the issue of base Harald not wanting to face Ragnir, while Loki defeated Ragnir.
We also have to recognize the high chance that Loki is still wounded from his battle with Ragnir when he either draws with or beats Holy Knight Harald who is taking no damage and has regen anyway.
