or

2)the elders was using acoc like harald and luffy acoc couldn't bypass it which means

they elders >admirals

Probably the latter (though I wouldn’t say this 100% makes them stronger than Admirals)

Imu was blown to bits by multiple top tiers in God Valley but regenerated like nothing happened

CoC clearly has a unique interaction with immortality in a positive way and negative way for some reason

I mean Imu can give you a strength buff as well as immortality

It wouldn’t surprise me if Imu was able to divvy up their haki so that other people can utilize bits and pieces of it through contracts
