I don't think shanks and Gaban could have stop him .
Loki beat up harald with his DF which true but the harald was fully heal afterwards.
Luffy unfair Saturn how many times during egghead but it did not matter cause he heal.
It the same here harald after getting beat heal and was back to normal without any damage.
Then he get to have a talk with his son before he allow him to kill him.
Point is if harald lost his mind again he could keep on going because he could just heal from the attacks if he did not allow loki to kill him.

Im not, Luffy within 3 years will become God lvl character compared to Imu and stronger than Joy Boy. Shanks just became stronger than Roger which compared to God lvl characters is weak
