idk tbh. It's going to be a really awkward situation for Kaido, WB and Mihawk if Shanks/Sakazuki are the only characters known to have beaten another top tier, and not any of the worlds strongest. It'll be even worse if Loki gets Orochimaru vs Itachi treatment, where Shanks quickly establishes a gap between them.

We also have Garp making WB look bad, which might just be because Oda decided Garp is old gen Luffy now. But he clearly was not respecting title supremacy there, lol.
