Sasuke uses fireball jutsu or his sharingan to see it coming.
Naruto uses Gamabunta or digs a hole with his clones

part 1 Naruto could conceivably lose to the sound 4 members, at that point in time he worked better in teams.

He only needs to disrupt the wind right in front of him not the entire jutsu

It's a large scale jutsu, I think the only way to hone in on him is if Temari performed it on a smaller scale. But then Sasuke could dodge easier or the fireball would be more effective.
