If anything we not see the others do what shanks did or get compare to .

Mihawk scales to him. I dont know about the rest of the mid gen, I do think mid gen>Old gen is a very serious debate now. Sans people like Kaido or BM.

Yeah, now that it seems Loki doesn't have regen abilities despite Gerth specifically stating it'll take months for him to full recover (in a series where the characters usually are good to go after a good night of sleep and food) it is clear he was nerfed to not overshadow Gooffy

This shit never matter in OP or fiction .
Loki will be ready to go and even do his strongest attack if he feel like .
