I think speedreaders memoryholed that Cp0 has free acess to wano and they send cp9 to water 7 in a undercover operation to find the pluton blueprints. Like the idea that kaidos dumb ass with jack found old wano but lucci and co. having free acess to go in and out there for decades and never used if the goverment would knew that is dumb

Depends, Cipher pol is ultimately just doing business deal missions and monitering shady businessman, I don´t necessarily think they would go around looking into ancient shit, it´s not really their job.

Wrt, Kaido, tbh I´m not sure, but he does talk about claiming the ancient weapons with Big Mom, so I think they actually knew about Pluton and Poseidon the whole time. Though my theory kind of blew up because I was sure they would have seen an ancient weapon on God Valley, or something relating to it, but instead the island was sunk by uhh........Haki?

My point is rather not that they would do that individually, more that i would agree with you that if the government knew pluton was in wano (which the story clearly indicates they do not know, just like crocodile for example knew the poneglyph was in Alabasta but imu clearly not given his lili reaction) they would made the CP agent look for it as they had free acess to wano, as we seen that mr.go and co could come and go as they please. Yet there is 0 hints of that in the manga.

The government clearly doesnt know where the ancient weapons are that are supposed to be hidden currently, with the expection of i think poseidon as that become practially public knowledge to the entirity of FMI with the events there

I was thinking about that too,he will either have to make imu grow in size like he did when he killed cobra or he’s gonna draw Lokis height inconstant asf,we already saw that with Harald.
Having two colossal giant monsters duke it out would make sense we already saw how huge imu was transformed he was dwarfing the gorosei who are gigantic to begin with.Would also be a great way to show Lokis full size in devil fruit from as well as a new huge technique from luffy.
