No one is denying that Loki used ACoC or that ACoC was crucial.

But it's clear it's not ACoC that was the difference maker but his DF + Ragnir. That was the #1 reason.

Oda does care though? That’s why he had Shanks and Gaban get destroyed by HK Harald. It’s within reason since Garp and Roger barely even won against a similar opponent. Loki is a similar monster to Harald by portrayal (Kaido-level feats as an infant, beating Ragnir, etc.), and he received an even bigger amp.

It's possible that he managed to get Harald mind back for a moment due to his fruit, but the kill was due to his aCOC, we even see Harald commenting on the blood of king flowing through Loki before he pulls his final attack
That means rookie Loki's COC potency > Roger. Imu had no issue with HKs going multiple times after Roger Pirates despite getting taste of Roger's aCOC in God Valley, meaning he believed Roger wouldn't be able to kill HKs, just temporarily stop their regen.

The non power creep bros got clowned since egghead but Elbaf is 9/11 for them

Like we have a growing character in loki that can smoke 99% of GV and can accomplish feats that PK Dodger cant.

Any etablished character is gonna get power crept and they know it thats why they flailing around with ever increasing dumb arugments

I genuinely can’t imagine oda having a character with CoC stronger than Roger’s getting their CoC coated weapon smashed to bits by a squirrel.

Loki at this point was already a skilled CoC user yet by his own volition he couldn’t properly describe the power he used to kill Harald despite his father describing it just fine.

So it’s not CoC that did it but something unique to Loki

For some reason a part of the fanbase believe the powerlevels peaked at Wano, an pre-final saga arc. It's like One Piece is the only shonen they ever read or for some reason they believe it will be an exception (it won't, One Piece is actually a pretty formulaic battle shonen despite the paradox of Oda not wanting to draw lenghty fights).

If that person was ragdolling DR xebec who initially was not holding back and hit xebec so hard that imu's connection breaks and later on even perma kills him then yes.

That is the point? Loki did something xebec couldn't. Hence loki is stronger one.
