My thought process is this:
Whos Who is suprised why they even attacking them, they have only 1 random zoan (obviously they dont know its the nika fruit)
The implication is Shanks does know its the Nika fruit (this has even prior built up that shanks is passive), so shanks is not suprised they would be cp9 agents on the ships to protect it, why would he?
However, his crew is suprised, this means he posses information that he does not share with his crew all the time, otherwise why would be the crew suprised and he himself not?

Feel like you’re reading too much into it bro. The scene is just WsW and the rest of CP9 being confused why their ship is being attacked when the only thing on it is a mediocre rubber fruit. I think the RHP are simply worried because they didn’t wanna fight with CP9 and Shanks is telling them to march on because stealing the fruit is kidnapping and he’s confident in doing so.

I'm fine with a high diff. Which itself says that the gap isn't huge.

I use extreme diff in the case where opponent is stronger yet you topple them somehow, Luffy vs Kaidou, DR Xebec vs Garp and Roger.

High diff where opponent is in thr same league but you clearly have the advantage over them, Kaidou vs Oden, and Supposed Lin lin vs Whitebeard too.

This after Gaban confirms that the Roger pirates (including Roger himself) were unable to permanently kill the Holy Knights sent after Shanks despite Roger dealing with Xebec. This is also consistent with how Xebec was able to kill his DR family but couldn't easily take out the HKs at god Valley.

That is not the point. Imu couldn't believe someone could kill HK harald. That wasn't the case for DR xebec. Dodger pirates couldn't even kill someone like sommers.

Being a HK differnt from getting DR so of course Imu would bot care .
A HK getting kill also effect Imu where a DR person does not .
When rocks killed his DR family members it did not effect Imu .

What does loki do before he says harald has regained control? He beats the shit out of harald just before that.

What is the logical conclusion? That it was loki who beat the shit out of harald so hard , he cut imu's control over harald.
