Though when it comes to Loki's PL, the condition is Gaban would have to know about this df matchup advantage too. Because the key here is Gaban believed Loki could do what him + Shanks combined couldn't, which is subdue Harald (not sure they even considered Loki could/would kill him). And the entire chapter was revolving around Loki gaining the fruit. From Gaban and Shanks' perspective it would be about Loki gaining strength, unless they know about some exclusive hax this df has. The issue with that is Gaban never fought a Deep Sea (or w.e you call it) HK who uses AdCoC, and he seems to be shocked that Loki killed a HK.

At the end of the day Loki was still portrayed much stronger than Gaban + 25 year old Shanks combined. Which is massive.

I mean gaban watched the fight and he is a adcoc user himself and was around all of them + this chapter makes again clear that he seems to have a mentor role to shanks after Rodger died. If he was to pinpoint it was the DF i think we can assume it was because of the df, i think if was able to acess a level of haki he never seen he would have commented on that

Been saying for about a year now that Doffy should be around YC2 level. The fact Luffy and Law got 1B for defeating him proves that point too
Oda can make him return stronger, but for now, that's his level.
