Character Discussion Loki for Nakama?

I don't know man, I completely disagree on the Co-Captain ting.
Hadrujin is a flea compared to Loki, character and strength-wise so the co-captain dymanic doesn't really work imo.
I get the sense you're referring to Harald's comments/wish in the flashback with regards to Hadrujin and Loki working together to support Elbaf but it doesn't necessarily have to be in the form of Co-Captains imo. For example it can go the route of Hadrujin becoming the King of Elbaf, which will improve the discriminatory pure-blood culture of Elbaf and also help preserve Harald's legacy as the truth of Aurust Castle can be buried in secrecy whereas you can have Loki leave Elbaf in Hadrujin's care and challenge the status quo with Luffy which will ultimately be the best solution for preserving Elbaf's future.
With regards to the size ting, I honestly don't think it is a deal breaker. Oda could have Loki shink somehow. Have him fly over the ship if he's a dragon for example or come up with someway to accomodate that. I mean we have San Juan Wolf in the BB Pirates for example, so a giant being part of a human pirate crew so it's not like there is not precedent for it.

It is realk shame the way Oda's treated Hadrujin tbh. There was so much potential with the character but Oda has completely abandoned any sort of development for him and devoted 110% of his attention to Loki.

Hajrudin has a crew that he's loyal to, and swore an oath to Luffy and the SH. That's unlikely.
I'm not saying there's no way he won't join the main crew, it's def posible for Loki to join even with the current size, i just think it's more likely for him to join Hajrudin.
BB Pirates are not main characters we follow around all the time, they can have characters like San Juan or Pizzaro with crazy Devil Fruits it doesn't really matter for them.

I'm still leaning strongly towards Zoro and Sanji vs Dorry and Broggy but reckon there is an outside chance of the Gorosei descending on Elbaf to give those two adequate matchups.
Don't really see the Holy Knights as proper matchups for either Zoro or Sanji (they are fodder and they record speaks for itself even more so given they can't use CoC) except of course they are going to be getting one-shot but reckon that will be reserved for Loki and Luffy as they need some sorta win prior to fighting Imuko.
I can see Sanji however interacting with Sommers in some capacity or rather Sommer's thorns as my feel from the last chapter is that he will be delegated to saving the children. There's been a lot of emphasis on love with sommer's thorns so reckon we'd get to see Sanji flex with PoL and save the children and hopefully get a bit more insight on the ability from somebody ^^

Newgate vs Maffey - trash treatment (Newgate didn't even acknowledge her as an opponent)
Xebec v Garling - pretty much negg’d and off panel to boot even with Imu’s buffs & a Domi reversi army for support.
Then there’s Gaban’s statement on how the Roger Pirates packed them up each time the Holy Knights challenged them and also the CoC angle which makes any one of them without it fodder for the most part against competent CoC users.
Keep in mind again that Gaban scolded Zoro this arc to raise his standard in order to be able to support Luffy. Imagine him getting matched up against these bums after that statement. IMO not gonna happen.
holy knights are Imu’s mid tiers so they are gonna be opponents for the mid trio bar shamrock imo.
only characters of relevance imo are Dorry & Broggy & Imuko with the exception of backup coming from Marijoea.
With regards to Brook, I don’t really see him doing anything of relevance to Imuko combat wise but he well get his moment. Gunko prolly dies like Harald did

nakama fans have jumped the shark. Carrot was a very fine candidate to root for. Unique design, unique fighting style and could fit in a role.
Yamato was a bit iffy. Unique design, Unique fighting style but terrible character and immensely strong.
Any character introduced after those two just don't fit the SHs dynamics at all. Only exception being Bonney after it was revealed that she was a kid.
