I don’t have
defined standards for his town game at this point to be clear.
I’ve only played like 3 games with him before and the most recent 2 was the Xmas game where he was scum but started as town, and the second he was indie.
So I’d imagine the solving in both would be equivalent to his town game. I do feel like in all three he was similarly combative , and from the little meta I do gather I don’t think he’s afraid to take big shots even if it’s a miss.
My initial town read was a combination of things, for one with him coming into the thread questioning a widely town read player (Naomi) for their reasoning on Cake apart from just personal bias for negging her promotion (Cake shortly after essentially outed themselves) I kind of struck as something less likely to come from someone aligned with Juice but perhaps it’s Magic’s Kamikaze style? Didn’t really see that being likely tho.
Then the other main reason was him suggesting the whole indie situation at a time when nobody knew anything about their wincon truly. And he wasn’t advocating for a lynching from what I saw, was just expressing doubt at the time.
He also seemed pretty genuinely ignorant when claiming he had a duel only to walk it back when he noticed the mention that he had to be a Kage mechanic to use it in his role card. Also willingly outed his own character/village that Shanks evidently has mention of in his own role sheet as related flavor to his which was the whole “mech” tho no later brought up by flower.
I guess overall my expectations would expect a less messy scum game in terms of handling his claim, ect if he’s scum but I’m not going to sit here and act like an expert Magic reader.
At this point I’m far less strong on the read but do still feel he could be town.
