I wouldn't say that I know ratchet well.
I think we played some games way back when we were young (old thingyman mashes on mu).
But I never had him as best anything in my book.
Not to disrespect he was a balanced player from my pov.
If you think that 6 is a lot then you did not pay attention tbh.
I think cake + Michelle are the next 2.
You are likely following after, unless something happens to change my perspective.
Add boa to the list.
And then some maybes like RA, (at the time) Orca, Brad (if michelle flips town).
It is easy to think Ratchet has several people ahead of him as of right now.

I dont think my read was a throwaway comment. If someone lacks activity im going to look at the useful bits of what they say and that felt like something to read them off of. Felt good about it. I was wrong about it but again it was worth looking into.
I have lower opinions on inactive players then active ones. Active players can be more dangerous to carelessly town lead as they actually influence the game. Ive also played with hayumi twice so I have somewhat of a basis for them as town. The other player I have never played with so I have no basis to read them from.
Keeping options open can also be trying to determine things, no? I mean that is me playing the game. Cant knock your interpretation of it.
I called michelle scum before majority. There were 7 scum players alive. Why would me calling her out as scum be weird at all when we're looking for a lot of scum lol. Juice does dumb shit, meanwhile michelle has an activity tell. I dont see the issue with me being confident about michelle, especially when you just town read ratchet for voting a scum player day 1 which was away from the focus of the game at the time(bitter).
