Night 3 - The Third Kage Summit
More Bijuu have died. The Akatsuki has managed to put moles in our Kage Summit. Who would have thought the accursed host of the summit himself was one of them. The nations warn all ninjas to be careful with everything moving forward.
As it is the Land of Samurai's honor, the Kage Summit will continue even without its official host. No player is titled the new Eight Samurai Taisho for the time being.
Tonight, just like night 1, each Kage will get to submit the name of a low rank ninja in their role PM to promote.
If a player's name was submitted by multiple Kages, they will receive multiple promotions. The Kage's submissions and promotions will remain private, however the list of eligible low rank ninjas will be public each time there is a promotion discussion.
Participants of the Kage Summit:
The Kage Summit is held at the Samurai's neutral Land of Iron. The summit this night will have 6 participants.
Formerly hosting the summit was the Seventh Samurai Taisho: @SakazOuki, who is now deceased and is not replaced.
The representatives from the main 5 nations:
Representative of the Land of Fire, the Third Hokage: @Alwaysmind
Representative of the Land of Water, the Fourth Mizukage: @Hayumi
Representative of the Land of Earth, the Second Tsuchikage: @GalaxyLevelShanks
Representative of the Land of Lightning, the Fourth Raikage: @Paragorn @PowerLevel9000
Representative of the Land of Wind, another substitute to the deceased Fourth Kazekage: @Charlie
Lastly, the relatively new Land of Mountain's Kage, who has remained a staple member of the summit this year:
Representative of the Land of Mountains, the First Yamakage: @Alexis2282AE
ONLY the 6 living players named above will all be able to post tonight to discuss the current word affairs and discuss which of the lower rank ninjas below deserve promotions. Each Kage can submit the name of 1 low rank player in their role PM to promote tonight.
