no the situations are not like Jabura and kaku, Sanji is somewhere completly different on the other side of the map basically and has a fight already with sommers who no one can take on beside Sanji. either Zoro beats them solo (unlikly) or Loki and Luffy take them out and Zoro goes after killingham but that only hapends after Zoro already got his feats against the giants like Oda always does with Zoro (like on the rooftop) or Fishman island (Hody).

no hate on hajrudin but he aint gonna do shit when was the last time a weakling did something in the story its always the main characters doing it. like rebecca, Vivi, Momo type of characters dont do big fights in One Piece they are there for story moments. we will have a good story moment but he aint gonna do anything in a actual fight.
You’re right, and I agree with you on all points except one: Sanji will fight Killigham, and Zoro will fight Sommers.

Hajrudin wants to be the king of a warrior race and has already shown interest in being strong/growing stronger

I don’t know why people think he’ll be a scrub for the rest of the story. He’s weak now but the set up for him growing stronger is definitely there

Harald’s sword remains unclaimed and Harald said that the blood of a conqueror flows through Loki. Why would the same thing not apply to Hajrudin?

I agree that Zoro soloing them is unlikely but there’s a very low chance Hajrudin just sits around doing nothing this arc. Even if it isn’t against Dorry and Brogy he’s gonna get his moments

ok? same for Momo and what he do at the end?

who says rest of the story, im saying he aint gonna jump 120 Tiers in 1 chapter like bro that guy got one shoted by base Dressrosa Luffy. and almost lost to Doffys Nr8 fighter and was basically worreid about low lvl animals

that could be Part of one of the story moments I was talking about, I just dont understand how we saw for 20 straight arcs no side character doing shit and every single time people expect some great things from these characters. like Momo will also not be fodder in the future and grow but you cant just base that of with actual Powerscaling now. like you want him to jump to Zoro lvl from base Luffy this is just not gonna happend imo

he will do something like story stuff like Momo stoping the island from falling apart or fighting some low low lvl giants, he aint gonna start actually boxing with high tiers tho lets be real.

0 chance, you want to see who fights sanji always look for the biggest clown around and that is his oponent.

Your avy is Oda drawing Elbaph (minus this chapter but I understand the recap after such a long flashback)
Honestly, the issue isn’t Oda’s writing. One Piece has always taken its time in the middle of arcs, and that’s actually part of what makes it so enjoyable. The slow buildup and long battles create real tension and keep you hooked with constant twists, sometimes the Straw Hats seem strong and in control, other times they’re barely holding on and close to losing. The real problem is that the middle of an arc isn’t really suited for weekly reading. Reading weekly works best at the beginning of an arc, during flashbacks, or at the climax and the end of an arc where major plot points drop almost every chapter. It also fits well with the main fights where following the battle chapter by chapter is exciting and intense. But when it comes to the middle of arcs, it’s better to stop following One Piece for several months and then come back to read all the chapters in one go, it’s much more enjoyable that way. That’s exactly what I plan to do starting from this chapter. I’ll come back when the main fights of Sanji, Zoro, and Luffy kick off, because I definitely intend to follow their battles on a weekly basis. It’s going to be so awesome :sanjismug::zosmug::luffylaugh:

I mean I agree but at the same time character wise Sommers makes a lot more sense to me

Though there’s a chance Sommers isn’t his only fight so who knows
I can see Robin and maybe someone else like Jinbe or Franky jumping Sommers. Him being the one to take down Saul and trying to destroy the libraries of Elbaf just like Ohara gives Robin more than enough reason to knock his block off.

I'm not denying that from what we've seen from Hajrudin so far he should be a non factor. The thing is Oda doesn't follow logic all the time, we know this for a fact

Crocodile lost to gearless Luffy and was clashing with high and top tiers during Marineford. Oda is more than willing to give some of his characters a narrative buff if he feels like it's necessary

I mean Yamato's a side character and she ended up being relevant and incredibly strong. Recurring side characters also can grow in strength if Oda dictates it. Law went from losing to Doflamingo to fighting and taking attacks from Yonko only a few arcs later

He also seemingly tapped into his awakening offscreen. The sky is the limit if Oda wants to make a character stronger and he's shown that he's willing to do it

he will do something like story stuff like Momo stoping the island from falling apart or fighting some low low lvl giants, he aint gonna start actually boxing with high tiers tho lets be real.
I really do think he will and it's cause the narrative is on his side. Future King of Elbaf/Giant Warrior Pirate Captain, son of Harald, the "legendary blade" is still embedded in Jarul's skull with no owner, etc

I'm not saying he's gonna jump to Loki level or anything but don't be surprised when he comes out of this arc as a legitimate combatant

I agree with you, and it's weird seeing someone who actually reads the story here lol

I don't take breaks to read in batches, but I always re-read the arcs after they're done to see how the story holds up in sequence without the weekly wait.
