I think Daniel claims somewhat immunity to poison. Poison can be send by Town, scum and indies do it's as nai as it gets.
Jan decide to cure poison when he's targetted. Yoho cured Naomi somehow but it's not the point of his role. According to Worst, someone who protected Shanks last night (?) can cure poisons too but this is according to Worst.
