Each one of the last 2 Akatsuki members will gain an access to a nightly factional wound. This will trigger a drastic shift in the Kage's ideology and Kage Summits.
--- (Hidden Passive) [Fuinjutsu: Partial Sealing - Gedo Mazo Chains] - In a desperate attempt to accelerate the plan, the Akatsuki will now suffice with partially sealing the Bijuu using the Gedo Mazo Chains. When any of the last 2 Akatsuki members target a Bijuu with their factional wound, that Bijuu is instead partially sealed at the end of the night. When a partial sealing occurs, the sealed player does not die like normal, instead they will lose all Bijuu related abilities that they have while keeping the rest of their roles and staying alive. This can only be triggered on a maximum of 2 Bijuu in the game. A partially sealed Bijuu will produce a writeup without announcing who the Bijuu was sealed from. Partially sealing does not require scouting and capturing the target like normal, but is instead counted as a full visit on your target and can be interacted with accordingly

Unless a Town wants to claim the wound, probably means he‘s cleared and was hit by the scum team trying to Biju hunt?
