We're in the end game now, the Usopp slander stuff was pretty cute when we were in Wano but it has no place when we're talking about the final saga.
This arc specifically is the arc where Usopp's guaranteed to finally become a brave warrior like he always wanted.

It´s not slander to say that Usopp doesn´t fight someone every arc, and Usopp isn´t strong enough to beat any character introduced this arc. He´s going to have as many fights as Sanji did in the year of Sanji, because Oda doesn´t care about the strawhats.
