All Oda's dragons have shit design. The only stock we should buy are hybrid designs.
Ragnir could have easily been scaled down to base size Luffy in this panel which would make this dragon barely bigger than Kaido's.
The perspective could be misleading unless Loki is directly next to huge MMAs.

Oda Is always goofy in everything. I don't even remember the last good hybrid I saw.
This Is one of the best though.

Ragnir on his own Is already as big as a giant. Anyway, I think we see Loki both compared to the Giant partents/children and the NM, so we'll have more.

The only thing that confuses me is uhhhh where are the regular horns?

In Kaido’s zoan and hybrid forms there were 2 sets of horns because in his base form he already had natural horns. So he had the dragon horns + the horns he was born with

Here (unless I’m blind) Loki just has his regular horns

Maybe it’s a weird type of dragon

How the hell is this goofy? There is no essence of goofiness in that design. Kaido’s dragon looked like a standard goofy One Piece design.
