Both countries have had arcs, and there´s just zero mention of any conflict between the two

Logically, given the fact that Rocks wanted the fruit, and saw it as one of the 2 DF´s needed to beat Imu, the last person with the fruit should have been fighting Imu and Davy Jones... which would tie into Imu thinking the giants are the enemy race.

We also know the story of Ryuma pretty much? It´s based on a past manga Oda made, where he clearly killed an actual Dragon? Unless you can somehow explain that despite giants living past a century, with *generations* of giants not having been able to get the fruit and beat Ragnir, why some random Giant, within the last 800 years would have eaten the fruit, gone to Wano(?) and no future giants would care, lol?

So there is no mention of the dragon being "random" just something you pulled out of your ass due to insecurities lol

If anything, the last user of the fruit should be on Joyboys level, with Davy Jones as well, part of the major players of that century. Ryuma can scale wherever, he hasn´t actually been shown in the manga yet, but if he did kill an ancient giant who ate one of the 2 fruits needed to beat Imu, it should have been mentioned in Wano, since that´s obviously a bigger deal then just ¨killing a dragon¨. It would also be portrayed as more of a legendary battle, as opposed to just ¨cutting a dragon¨, lol.
