It's clear Oda doesn't view Zoro as VC or FM.

I see where you're coming from, but I do think we should keep 2 things in mind.

1. Oda pretty intentionally avoided any real conflict between Harald and Ragnir in the FB, and didn't go out of his way to imply that he really tried or even really had a 1v1 with Ragnir before anything happened. He did have Hk Harald say that no one before could tame it, and with his powers, he surely could, but again that isn't necessarily definitive, and I don't think it should change the context that we know about the FB.
2. We still have to keep in mind how the story will go lol. If Ragnir was above Harald/Rocks level, he would be treated as the second biggest threat to the government on the alliance side. Rn, it's clearly looking like Luffy will be that, with Ragnir maybe number 3 after Luffy and Loki. Surely Ragnir is strong for just being a weapon/squirrel, but I think we should wait for something definitive before saying it's stronger than Base Harald lol. Not literally impossible, but let's not set ourselves up and just focus on what is confirmed, which is Loki>Old Gen.

How strong are the dragon priests in the lore exactly? If Vahlok even beat Dragonborn Miraak then Dragonpriests are like the most powerful mortals?

The strongest mortals are probably some broken mages like Mannimarco or Divyath Fyr. Maybe someone from the psijic order, they could do things like stopping time.

The giant demon on the left of the mural is most likely Blackbeard,wielding the mother flame and Imus ability along with the full power of Davy jones fruit.The quake fruit will be a little toy in terms of what Actual God tier abilities and characters can do during the final wars.

You could be right and joyboy really pulled a 1,000v20 on imu and still lost lol (joyboy downscale)

but for now I think that part of the mural was obviously for future reference of the third world.

For one it states “The sea god raged!” Which was Poseidon after joyboys death the world flooded and people had to get on a ship. Which is what’s detailed for the second world here.

Vahlok most likely jumped Miraak with allies. The shout we get from Vahlok's tomb is an ally buff shout. Probably some powerful dragons also aided Vahlok since Miraak was pretty anti dragons

There's also theories that HM aided Vahlok so he could get Miraak to apocrypha
