Yes, Loki is a pirate. By the way, before God Valley, Garling had even held a meeting to speak to the Gorosei about his discovery of God Valley before going to besiege it. Maybe Shamrock had to inform his superiors the Gorosei, before recruiting Loki

The only other thing he could have done was the abyss teleportation but we know he doesnt have that any more.
I think oda would be happy to give it to shamrock

What I mean is that Shamrock's appearance at Elbaf was in itself a confirmation that it was him at Mary Geoise

Nah, it's a retcon so it doesn't necessarily add up, but we know for a fact that Teach had his subordinate ask Sengoku to set up his warlord position for him, instead of going personally. The Gorosei and even Sengoku/Garp probably figured out by MF, especially since Teach named his ship after Rocks. I don't think it would make sense for Shamrock, who isn't old enough to remember Rocks, to go and tell the elders about Teach being related to him.

When Kuma told Rayleigh that he was from the Revolutionary Army at Sabaody, and in the manga we only had "..."
we later got to know their entire conversation, so I’m not too worried about that. We’ll find out which pirate he was talking about

There doesn't need to be a super teleportation. kaido can fly. shank and co was prolly close to the redline when the clash happened

I know we have low opinions of Kaido but he'd need to be actual chimpanzee-orca levels of intelligence to think Shamrock with no scar and both arms and in frilly clothing is Shanks.

I’m just hoping this isn’t an excuse for him not to revisit that interaction in the story itself. We still need to know who Shamrock was referring to.

Oda has been revealing things that had no right not to be included in the narrative itself.
