But corrections are plenty. I've said today but I could have said Koby, who was said to have been "Rear Admiral" in the chapter and then changed to "Captain" in volume.
Oda does makes errors as VC do. And in both cases they usually get corrected.

Loki is obviously far bigger than him, but Perospero is more used to using his tongue, if that makes sense. That thing's been sticking out since he was born, he must be used to it by now and must have came up with a lot of good uses for it. Loki probably isn't as experienced nor skilled with his tongue as Perospero is.
Perospero could probably get to the center of a tootsie pop in thirty seconds.
