Oda is a horrible writer nowadays. It's not the end of the world but it is sad to see him fall off so bad. This used to be one of my favorite series ever.

Harald: Sold his soul to Imu, and when his seal was attacked, the thing Imu used to control him, gained sentience back for a brief moment. But only that.
Xebec: Weakened, but still alive when Garp and Roger "killed" him but was slain before he could recover.
Dorry and Brogy: Killed eachother, but didn't get as badly beaten as Xebec did, so they recovered faster.

Boy, that sure was hard to figure out.

If it could be broken that easily there was no point whatsoever in them even being DRed. And how do they break out of it due to being "killed"? Do they not have regen for a reason?

Domi Reversi was only ever be relevant as a plot device if used on a SH or Loki.
Otherwise its filler "time bomb"

They were done so before the flashback happened, so we could see it happening to Xebec later.

And the regeneration of a devil is not even close to a Covenant Bearer. Once all the power of it is used up, then it goes away. It's not infinite like the HK have.
