The answer is yes, their are always worlds where 3 town are wagoned D1, especially when all the people proposed are on the LHF end. But even if we determine yes, what does it do? How can we determine yes off of only one flip? With players like Pot and Reloaded and AM or whatever at best their alignments are always a coinflip. It's like if I gave you a pool of 3 LHF and asked if theirs scum in there, their could be or there could not be

so I assume Ratchet is self-resolving and I’d policy vote them if they aren’t cooking and survive longer than 3 days

Ratchet is very frequently not fearkilled early on in WG games if I recall correctly
A player you can cast increased scruntity to sure but I wouldn't halfway rule them

Ignore them, circle back if POE allows for it or if we use investigatives on them. Also not a bad slot if you're not sure on scum reads and just want to use some form of night KP on them. Going "I wonder if their was a wolf in the main D1 wagons" isn't really going to be helpful. You can always just read the individual slots anyways, them always being a coinflip is hyperbole. I just don't see much use in assessing the validity of D1 wagons at the timing of N1
