I have to admit, the following points of the reads given by Ratchet and Jan:
Do not stand up to scrutiny with me, because they are reliant on the assumption that if Juliet was scum in this game, she would *need* to defend her fellow scum. But if her scummates have never actually been under any real pressure, then there would be no need to defend them.
But then, what do I know? It seems like every read I make, I'm told is wrong because I don't have "meta" on how the players normally post as either alignment. Finding traction in this environment, a player list that knows each other and are presenting meta reads as if they're gospel, is difficult at best and frustrating at worst.
All I can do is point out the things I find to be scum indicative irrespective of meta, and FMPOV Juliet appears to be a player who has thread presence yet is not making much effort to actually solve those around her. Easy town-reads, and scum reads that I had to force from her backed up with surface-level reasoning, does nothing for my confidence that she is town. The only time she did anything that even remotely rocked the boat was when I subbed in and dropped a wall-post naming her as my first suspect of the game, and even that boat-rocking was fuelled by OMGUS.
If you would rather not lynch her, then that's fine. Like I said, I'm not a natural town leader, but I will support my towns when I find them, so for the sake of consensus I will try to find somebody that we can agree on.
But keep in mind the same thing I told Juliet; if you, I and Polar Bear are all town, and Juliet is also town, then six or seven people are TMI'ing her and giving fake reads or plain ignoring her. I've asked her to give her thoughts on this, and perhaps others should think about it too. I can understand the universal town-read on Alexis because he was bleeding town with every post he made, but Juliet..? Clearly we are missing something.

Polar Bear, did you manage to get around to reading my post(s) about Shui, and do you have any thoughts on the points I brought up?

Truly we are, but right now, as you see in my thought process below, I'm considering bigger implications of this and it gives me an uneasy feeling:
In isolation I'd lynch Juliet. But at that point I'm wondering followings things:
1. If she's town we're not getting helped by the scum team to lynch her? You are widely townread, I'm townleaned, we have enough threadpull, I think a Juliet wagon could be enough of a jackpot for the scum team to at least prod it without raising much suspicion.
2. But on the other hand: who is she in a scum team with? I don't see, hmm, scum-oriented movement around her. She was widely townread d1 (and - I believe - unpoportionally to what she played) that I was strongly entertaining a notion that she's a spewed town. This phase Jan and Ratchet jumped in defense of her, in a reads that don't really imo resemble teammate to teammate defense to me. So either they're scum TMIng her or they're towns giving a real read which we should take strongly into consideration. In Polish we have a saying "we haven't eaten up all the minds" [be know it alls]. Because if she's scum, but not with Jan and Ratchet, then it means that this trio [adding Flower here] of rather strong Town players is collectively and confidently wrong.
3. If she's Town, that has grave implications. Because I think that since there's no jump on her from the scum team, then our top 2 lynch candidates (Shiu and Cryo) have decent chances to be town. Rather not one, as, when there's 1v1 Town vs Scum in top wagons, scumteam doesn't directly jump at town counterwagon, they entertain often a third option (because of not putting all eggs in one basket, or being positioned wrongly to jump there). And if that trio is town, then we're in a really bad spot.
I might be going too far in my thoughts with multiple conditions/implications with this "threadmoves" reading [as Jan pointed out], but yeah, I'm more worried about a mislim than before. Which is why I'm bit apprehensive now and feel like I kinda need to reorganize the game a bit.
Can you pull up those unpairings from your notes again? I know it's not the smartest approach to try to catch whole big scum team in d2, but we at least should have potential squad of 2, 3 people we suspect and that Juliet could be scum with.
